Sterrenwacht Halley is a star observatory near where I live. I’ve been there a few times when I was a kid. As I grew up, I completely forgot about its existence. Then, as I got back in touch with an old schoolfriend of mine, Werner Neelen, he pointed me back in that direction. Werner did some volunteering for them and shows a lot of warmth in their regard.
I started following Halley and have visited them a few times since. Nice to rediscover my youth interests and sharing that with my kids!
